PRIVACY

A record of privacy choices

Niksala LLC places this explanation beside its company pages and Niksala Brief Exchange so information choices can be considered in context. It concerns information voluntarily provided and services when enabled. Privacy correspondence may be directed to patrick@niksalallc.com.

The company behind this notice

Niksala LLC is the operator described in this policy and the sole operator of the NKS public SMS alias. This notice addresses its company communication purposes rather than another organization's recruitment practices. Contact patrick@niksalallc.com for questions about the scope of the policy or the information connected with an inquiry.

What correspondence may contain

When you choose to communicate, relevant information may include your name, email, part-time role interests, availability and message. A separate SMS interaction may concern your mobile number, consent choices and requests for help or an opt-out. Please exclude unrelated private documents, financial credentials and information you lack permission to share.

Read the purpose before the detail

Information provided through an available channel may support answers to questions, consideration of role interests and organization of correspondence. Messaging details may be used to administer preferences, while other information may support security or applicable obligations. These purposes do not turn a general inquiry into consent for recurring marketing SMS.

Mobile information stays outside others' marketing

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Niksala LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.

The limited role of service support

Where communication services are active, vendors may support SMS delivery, hosting, security or compliance. Information access for those providers is limited to what is necessary for the supporting function and appropriate handling requirements. Such access does not permit providers to use SMS consent as permission to promote their own offerings.

Retention needs a reason

If a service maintains correspondence or preference records, the period should fit its purpose and relevant obligations. Necessary consent evidence, security information or suppression details may require different handling from an ordinary inquiry. A deletion request can be considered without promising removal of information still needed to honor an opt-out.

Safeguards and your own judgment

Reasonable safeguards and access limits should be appropriate to the type of information and enabled service. They cannot eliminate every transmission or storage risk. Keep general messages proportionate to the issue, avoid passwords and identity-document attachments, and contact the company if you have a concern about the handling of correspondence.

Your right to ask and choose

Ask about access, correction or deletion at patrick@niksalallc.com. The company may need relevant context to identify a record and protect against unauthorized requests. For active NKS messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A choice to stop SMS does not prevent an independent role or privacy inquiry.

Children and future editions

These pages are not directed to children under 13, whose personal information is not knowingly sought. Parents or guardians may raise a concern at patrick@niksalallc.com. This policy may be updated as practices or requirements change; review the displayed version when providing information, and ask if a revision needs explanation.
